I don't think it is Japanese, at least I have never heard of the label. A quick search says "Fashion Business Corporation" is in New Jersey

Thought it was, given that it's a denim shirt with some nice details, and the obviously Japanese-styled branding. It didn't cost me an arm and an leg, thankfully; plus, the initial thrill when I found it wasn't too bad either, heh.
