I was looking at 100% mercerized cotton and a crew neck but wondering what other people got or thought.

Would suggest to get their "Superior" line. It's Egyptian Giza cotton. It's very soft and mercerized makes it smooth.

I have a few of their Superior mercerized undershirts in v-necks. I strongly recommend them. The mercerized cotton is very smooth and soft, and the v-neck allows you to wear it with a button up shirt when you're not wearing a tie.

Is the sporty shirt boxy at all? Can I wear it under a shirt?

No, it has a fitted shape, ideal for under shirt.

Seems interesting. I'll have to see this for myself thanks.

Does the fit of the sporty allow you to wear it as a undershirt? Does it stay tucked? and can you wear it casually?

These are meant as undershirt. They fit closer, and are longer to stay tucked in. However, as many other fine shirts in merciresed cotton I own (zimmerli, cagi, etc), the fabric is virtually transparent (voille like), and I would not wear it casually as a t-shirt by itself if that is what you mean.

Could you wear it around the house? The sporty Hanro stays tucked in your pants without any issues? I remember reading a review where someone had trouble having it stay tucked into their pants or it wasn't long enough.
