Which factory's can make MTM clothes?

I am researching to open a company which delivers MTM clothes to customers. Does anyone have an idea which factory's are able to do this? I'm having a hard time to find these companies.

I'm located in The Netherlands.

There are some companies which you can call that do clothing for the UK but they may ship to Netherlands.
