Which Excercise Machine?

If you could only put one portable excercise machine in your "small" apt. which one would it be? Would like to build up the arms, legs and take a little off the belly.

Why? I would think a set of adjustable dumbells and plates would offer more diversity.

I agree. I have 2 KB's and they are fun to play with but the idea that they have some magical muscle-building power is nuts. The problem is people pick up a DB and want to curl it or bench it; people snatch and C&J kettlebells. The latter 2 are superior exercises, but they can be done just as easily with a DB.
KB's are way too expensive. You can buy a lot of DB's for the price of a pair of KB's.
