I would go tan. I really like the blue too, but it is a bit bright for all purpose duty

For an everyday bag I think the tan would be best. I do like the blue also. I am trying to decide on those colors also, but in a Coach bag.

Bright may not be the best word. I think the tan blends in to the environment whereas the blue stands out, which is great if that is your style.

Personally, the blue bag would be a personal use only bag whereas I would use the tan bag in a business setting. But that is just my style; my personal bag is maroon and lime green whereas my all-duty bags are black and grey.

If it was everyday with friends, I would go blue. If I might use it for business travel, I'd go tan. But again, that is just my weird sense of colors.
