When it comes to buying clothes for yourself, quality trumps over everything. But when you want to show off to the ladies which brand has the "wow" factor? Ladies don't have as much knowledge on men's brand compare to people in this forum. So something like Emporio Armani will probably impress them more than Brioni, which they've never heard of. But among the ones girls know, which one impresses them the most?

And let's not get off topic about the importance of brand or whether you should dress for yourself or for others. I want to know the brand that most likely will make the girl think "this guy is the shiz"

In my experience it's all about the shoes! Granted the rest of you has to look pulled together but ladies always comment on and seem impressed with my Loakes.

Ladies will recognize the Polo Ralph Lauren logo on your shirt, but they won't sleep with you because of it. Dress well, stay in shape and you don't have to worry about logos and brand names

Louis Vuitton of course, probably also Gucci, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, Armani, Givenchy, YSL, Burberry and Chanel as well.

Any woman who is impressed by the branding of your clothes is the wrong kind of woman.

But if classless, tacky and vapid is what you're aiming for, be sure to leave all the Burberry, LV, Todd's and DG tags on your outfit. Maybe staple a few fake ones on while you're at it.

Recommend wearing Burberry check pants 3 sizes too small while stuffing your crotch with a sock. That'll attract the women you want.

The topic of this thread is dumb. I'm sorry, but it is. In 98% of the interactions I have had with women (actually most likely a higher percentage), the brand of my clothing has never come up. Buy things that fit you and that look good on you. If you look good and are well dressed, nobody is going to care. Unless you are a complete idiot who walks around and actually says, "Hey, look at me. I am wearing XYZ brand." it is not going to be a subject of conversation. Would you rather have 1/100 women who talk to you walk away because you are not wearing the right brand or look better and have many more women talk to you?

Buy stuff you look good in. Brand is irrelevant. This is not hard.

When I went to Asia, women do take notice and ask what brand I am wearing. American ladies past high school have never brought it up, but I find having the right brand really impresses Asian ladies!

If you ask them, probably fashion forward brands because they are well known to be exclusive or expensive.

In reality it's the subconscious impression that counts, not the conscious one, and that's where quality and style matters.
