Out of town on a business trip and stumbled onto this Zegna sport coat (they call it a double jacket...basically a silk/cotton blend) for a nice price. I was in a hurry, so I didn't look over the coat too closely...or closely at all, really. I didn't notice until I got back to the hotel that it was missing the sleeve buttons.
I live in NYC, so I think I should be able to find some buttons pretty easily down in the garment district or, if I'm lazy, online. But I'm not sure which color combo might go best. In reading past discussions, I've seen people mention horn as a preferred material and different colors for different times of year. But is there a particular color/style that would go with this coat and be, more or less, a year round look? I don't want to mess with changing the buttons.
