Which Brands from the Suit Hierarchy List Still Deliver Quality Today?

I came across this Suit Hierarchy Spreadsheet and wanted to get the community's thoughts.

How accurate is this list today? Have brands like Isaia and Luigi Borrelli maintained their standing, or are there suits on the list that are no longer considered high quality?

I have a couple of Samuelsohn suits and love them, but I’m looking to diversify with some Italian options—preferably something with hand-padded stitching.

Would appreciate any insights or recommendations.

The idea that SuitSupply, of all places, ranks above Samuelsohn, Ermenegildo Zegna, Paul Stuart, and Canali is completely laughable.

I'd say that the list becomes less accurate the further down you go on it. Some, like Chester Barrie, were wonderful quality but are no longer made.

Of the Italian ones I own, Brioni and Zegna are some of my favourites.

Haha that was my thought too. I bought a suit suit supply and compared it to my samuelsohn and it is not even in the same league.

Any experience with Italian brands like Isaia and Luigi Borrelli? Found some local stores that sell them.

No experience with their suits, sorry. I have owned a couple of Borrelli ties, and found them a bit too thick/wide for me, but that's a matter of balance and bodily frame.

I own Isaia. They are over a decade old. Excellent quality. I dislike their cuts in recent years.
I have a Borrelli linen Sorrento model, again that is several years old in a model no longer made.
Good quality for unlined, unconstructed jacket. Belvest makes some extremely high quality
garments, which I hppen to have. However, they manufacture for many retailers all over the
world and quality could vary with the requirements of their wholesale customers.
