Going line dancing soon and I need a gettup. Help me pick out a belt buckle:

Got these from: http://stores.ebay.com/Nancys-Gift-S...QQftidZ2QQtZkm

Other goodies include a Raffia hat, a plaid western style shirt, wrangler or chip and pepper distressed boot cut jeans, some cowboy boots. The only thing I've bought so far is the hat, I need to go thrifting asap.

Other suggestions are welcome.

I like those initial/letter belts that seller has. Regardless, get the biggest buckle possible.

What size jeans do you wear? I have a pair of distressed and faded boot cuts from Chip and Pepper in my closet that I can sell to you for cheap.

My measurements are 32" waist 33" inseam. Reason I say chip n pepper is because Nordy Rack has a slew of them. I like the initial buckles too, but it is a little too serious, I wanted to have a little fun with it so I won't be labeled a closet ****. Since my car is such a POS I was going to rip the Nissan emblem off and use that but I don't think it is big enough.

Ah, my pairs probably wouldn't work then. Labeled as a closet ****? Showing up in some fancy designer jeans would be enough for that.

Cool Buckles, the bucking horse ones were on my serious list too. I just think the ones I picked out hilarious and some people there will probably really be wearing them.
I'll probably have to size down a bit on the jeans, I assume they fit large and are already stretched. Real cowboys wear colon-cleansing, ass-huggers.

holy crap - these buckles are.... scary.

my (sarcastic) advice would be:

avoid anything with gold - you'll get beat up for being feminine
avoid anything with the word "Metal" - you'll get beat up for being a long hair
avoid anything with the US Flag - you'll get beat up as soon as you walk in for being a "Yank"
avoid anything with the Confederate Flag - you'll get beat up as soon as you leave the club for being a redneck
avoid anything with the Japanese sun - you'll get beat up by someone who's "daddy" fought the "Japs" in the big one
avoid anything with a brand on it - county boys are devout Ford/Chevy/Dodge loyalists and I've seen fights break out over those stupid Calvin Pissing On..... stickers.

Stick with silver, stallions, bulls and guns - you'll fit in just fine :)

I like advertising buckles, myself, I just got a bull durham buckle that I think is really cool, and I have my eye on a Schlitz one as well.

Go with the Dodge Ram one. I think it best fits your purpose/intention. The other two you have are nice, too, but they're also a bit more "sober" or serious. I mean, they definitely fit the whole cowboy/redneck look, but they don't have the over-the-top nature of the "RAM TOUGH" buckle, which is awesome.

Definitely go with the Ram.

I thought the car ones were the best ones to suit my purpose too. The rednecks around these parts are neocon liberals so I am not super worried about rubbing someone the wrong way, but a little bit. I should be more worried about getting drunk yelling "yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaw!" at the top of my lungs, which has been known to happen....

you should look for a name belt buckle, but pick a really hick sounding name.

Looking for one that says "Clint" or "Garth" right now. I would like to use a steering wheel so I can drive myself all around the dance floor. I'll let the lil' darlins shift gears. yeehaw! Maybe I should just get some personalized grillzzz...

Solid choice. The Dodge one was funnier, but this definitely more "versatile." Actually it's pretty cool.
