Props for posting a shirtless pic on here, and I have to confess I kinda appreciate your POV on this forum and what you bring to the table, but dude, you are nowhere near as built/ripped to have such an arrogant, hard line "my way is right you're all ******* wrong" attitude. Your arms look skinny, your belly is flabby, your shoulders appear narrow and underdeveloped, and your chest needs work. Tone the attitude down and be open to the possibility that you don't know everything.

If I sprayed myself with Pam and got under intense overhead lights like most photo shoots have it would look completely different, but anyone who's never done one would probably not know that. The body changes with the sport that's being played or trained for. Shoehorning everyone into a Ronnie Coleman-esque physique was something I thought only beasty is doing, but apparently it's a lot more pervasive on this forum than I originally thought. I wonder if beasty's same wet dreams and jealousy are as popular as well.
I have skim milk. I used to buy for about $50 a two-week or so supply or Whey Isolate (New Zealand branded). It's about 31 grams pf protein per scoop.

No! My development was stunted when I drank protein powder and ate literally nothing after a workout. This was because the gym closed late and I finished late and by that time, nothing was open. When I started having proper meals, I grew significantly.
