Seen via Leffot (the chukka is the Barrow, their house model).

To what lengths am I going to have to go to get a pair of these? That color is brilliant!

I see that sort of thing regularly (spring/summer) at places like H&M, Zara, Club Monaco, etc. Occasionally from Incotex/Mabitex.

Even though he's padding his post count to start a spam thread (with shady tinyurl link) elsewhere, he's unintentionally right. Uniqlo sometimes has interesting colors. I saw some pink pants for 5 bucks in the discount rack, but I wasn't going to get into em without a sex change (large through the thighs and ass). I've seen light blue there too, but never the electric blue you're after.

Thanks gentlemen, I'll try Daffy's and Uniqlo first, then work my way out.

It's worth noting that, based on the colors of other objects in the picture (particularly the skirt), it looks like the color saturation levels have been tweaked significantly. Thus, the pants in the photo probably do not actually look that "electric blue" in real life.
