Where's Waldo's Sweater?

Hey All,

I'm going to be Waldo of Where's Waldo fame for Halloween. I need to find this sweater:

$55 to rent!?! Fuuucccckk. It seems like you should be able to buy everything you need for $25. Plus, where's the fun in a pre-made Halloween costume? Do you know anyone who can sew?

Or just get a plain white longsleeve tshirt and paint red stripes? I mean it's Halloween, you don't need some kind of sartorial excellence or anything.
