Wheres the best place to buy Levi jeans?

I joined and did some research and I found out that the quality of these jeans depends on the country of origin. Which retailer would most likely get the best batch of these jeans? Should I just order from the official site?

To answer your question ... a Levi Strauss and Co store is going to have the widest selection of Levi's products and as a result quite a bit of knowledge about them.
