Where to purchase this The Weeknd Jacket?

Now I've worked at a suit store for several years and know my way around suiting for the most part with me owning at least 2 dozen of them, but more recently I've been at a loss in my hunt to replicate the jacket The Weeknd wore in both his respective Heartless and Blinding Lights music video (Very similar to an outfit Dinero wore in Casino). I'm trying to aim as close as possible as I can get with the peak lapels, 1 button, it being Cashmere (?) which will probably put it in the made to measure category. Where is the best place to be able to do this without paying Brioni/ Tom Ford price ranges (1,500 range?).

depending on your location I would just go to my trusted local tailor and have him make you one. probably cheaper than buying brioni or TF not sure if that is the case though here
