Where to get MTM/bespoke OCBD's in Chicago?

Hi everyone,

I've been searching for an OTR casual OCBD that fits me perfectly, but haven't found anything that's long/slim enough for my liking

A couple of SF members have suggested going MTM or bespoke. I was hoping that some of you could recommend a good, reasonably-priced Chicago tailor who could make nice OCBD's with the details I specified (heavy oxford cloth, good buttons, a sewn-down box pleat, back darts, a nice/canvassed? collar, possibly a J. Press-style flap pocket) and would be comfortable with a very slim cut.

I also wondered how much you guys think a shirt like the one I described might cost.

BB might not be a bad option. I think their MTM event is going on now too.

^Hmm, I'd certainly be willing to give it a try. I know it's kinda corny, but my family has been wearing Brooks for a few generations, since we came to the states, so it's always nice to wear BB stuff. IMHO, Brooks OCBD's also have the best collar roll out there.

My only question is whether BB would be willing to make shirts that are very fitted & meant to be worn untucked and have narrow sleeves, back darts, sewn-down box pleat, etc. I also have a feeling that Brooks MTM might be a bit out of my price range. I'm looking to pay about $100 per shirt...

Any other suggestions?

Not happening at BB for $100 a shirt. It will be hard to find a US company or US tailor that can provide what you are looking for at that price.
