Where to get Made-To-Wear Shirts

I have an interesting body shape, sorry I don't have exact measurements: My neck size is 16.5, my chest is about a sz40 for a suit, I have semi-broad shoulders, and a 32" waist. I used to swim. Whenever I get shirts off the rack based on my neck size, the waist/chest/arms are way too large (like Brooks Brothers). If I pick a shirt that fits my chest/waist, I can't close the neck.

Thus far I've been relying on some shirts I had made in Hong Kong, but I need some more. Are there are any brands that offer made to wear in my neck size that also won't fit me like a tent everywhere else? Thanks in advance.

you can always buy shirts that fit the neck size and tailor the rest of the shirts.

I went to a few tailors and asked about this option, and they said the job would cost more than it would be worth. Told me to just get shirts made from scratch.

WW chan is on tour right now through the US and when I bought shirts from them in Shanghai they came outto about $60 US per shirt which is a great price. They had a very limited selection of fabrics at that time and I believe they have a larger selection now.

Ascot Chang has a very good selection but they are pricier than WW chan.

I think I pay about $15 or $20 per shirt, taking it in from mid-elbow to the armpit to the chest and through to the waist, and I think it's worth it. I did this to a couple of BB regular fit non-iron shirts and was happy with the outcome, getting a shirt that was slimmer in the waist than BB slim fit, but otherwise is very similar to that fit. Of course, I did it because I had the shirts lying around; If I was buying to begin with, I would just get standard American slim fit shirts as that is a fairly good match for my chest and arms, but maybe 2 inches to big in the waist.
