Where to find this coat?

Ive been looking for a winter coat outside of the normal carcoat or pea coat.
Car Coats just don't suit my fancy, and Pea Coats are way way to common for me.
And I think ive found exactly what ive been looking for, however, I cant seem to find a price or place to buy it.
