If you want slim fitting, Loro Piana makes the nicest RTW flannel trews on the market. They are pricey, though.

LP only provides the fabric............not sure they make clothes. I could be wrong.........

Easy to find in Japan right now. My problem is finding ones with pleats so as to accommodate my massive thighs. (I ride a bike at least 6 miles every day.)
