Where to find Slim Fitting Shorts?

Im looking to find a nice pair of slim fitting shorts that go just below the knees. Mid-length maybe? I want something that will look good with alternative apparel Shirts. Thanks for any help. Yes I know its winter but its been hot hear lately and I hate being hot.

Anyway I find all my shorts at Jcrew. They have nice fits and have exactly what you are looking for.

I found good stuff at Uniqlo, but it was a designer invitation project with loden dager. I am not sure if their standard stuff is any good. However note that some of the best shorts are slim pants that are simply hemmed at the knee. Good luck.

Nice Collective makes a pretty sick pair of slim fitting, longish shorts. Farinelli's might have a pair or two left in black but they also come in Olive.

I haven't bought a pair but American Apparel has both a shorter-inseam cord short and a longer-inseam one.

I have a few pair of the RL Black Label shorts and a few of the RLX, really slim fitting, with side tab buttons and a split waistband.

The RLX and the Black Labels are the exact same, where the RLX may put you off by the wording 'golf short', they look great with beat up treatorns or drivers. The Black Labels say nothing about golf.

I also have some shorty Theory shorts too. I hate cargo pockets on shorts.

Yea i was thinking about just getting some slim pants and just hemming them. Anyone got any suggestions for slim pants that would look good as shorts?

I have a pair of Barney's CO-OP shorts that I got last summer.. One of two pairs of shorts I own and they're pretty good.

Any pair of J crew slim chinos hemmed look good, i've been wearing a pair I made myself for quite some time.
