Hi, I'm looking for long sleeve things like long-sleeve sweaters or long-sleeve t-shirts v-neck or crewneck which are high quality and have a cool design, and are slim fit. Any recommendations? By the way, what is what this man is wearing called:

The guy's wearing a tunic.

As far as your request, I'd look into Ed Hardy and Christian Audiger.

Hmmm I searched tunic and an Indian type of clothing came up which was very loose and I don't think he could be wearing that because what he is wearing looks tight and fitted well plus of a soft material which the tunics are not.

I searched for these and they seem to be overly loud and I didn't find anything slim fitted. When I said cool design I didn't necessarily mean it had to have a design like those Ed Hardy t-shirts I just meant i'd like it to look cool, perhaps I used the wrong words.

He is very thin, so you must be right.

American Apparel clothes are cut very slim. Also, many of the in-house UO brands such as BDG are slim.

I looked this up and it is far above my price range. Thank you for the help though.

Actually he appears to be quite muscular(I think you were being sarcastic), but even with his muscular build the 'tunics' are loose and would not look like his top looks like on him.

All the stuff I've tried from them didn't really taper at all. Hoodies, most of their t-shirts, polos, oxford button ups. I'm not talking about their cords and pants though as OP only mentioned tees.
