I know the last thread is eleventybillion years old in webtime but the suggestions there still stand. Blue Nile, Good Old Gold, Whiteflash are the stand-out three.

Awesome store, with great service and great products. www.goodoldgold.com They don't show studs online, but you can call or email and ask about what they have in stock - they have both the pre-made kind, or you can build your own using their inventory of loose diamonds. WhiteFlash also seems pretty good.
