Where to buy edward green

I am keen to buy a pair of EG shoes. This will be my first pair.
For those who know, is chelsea 202 the classic choice (I only want plain captoe)?
Would you recommend getting in Hong Kong or New York?
Any other sources? Which is the cheapest?

I use Leather Soul for ordering MTO. For regular selections that are available in the EG catalog such as a Chelsea in black on the 202, I have found redgrift [AT] elite-forum [DOT] co [DOT] uk to have the best price.

Depends on where you are and where you frequent. How familiar are you with the fit? Pretty expensive to purchase without knowing your size in a 202. What type of sole do you want? Are you looking for RTW or MTO? London would be best if you are in that area. Sales occur after Christmas. It's also possible to purchase seconds from the factory in Northampton.
