Where can i buy ridiculously cheap ties at less than like 3 dollars a piece? Obviously, i won't be getting the highest quality but if it looks good, then its fine.

Buy a "Lot of Ties" on ebay or go a thrift store.

Yeah, it's a website. Don't remember how many "o"'s after the "Sp" though.

Thrift stores for used ties or clearance malls for un-used ones.

How about saving some money, and instead of buying three used 3-dollar ties, get one for $9.99 @ Marshals?

If you're paying $3 per tie, it's most likely not going to "look good". If you're lucky you might find something that's "not horrible" at that price. I would expect "looking good" to start somewhere around $10, at outlet/discount stores. My personal experience: I tried http://www.solidcolorneckties.com/ once, to get a tie in a specific color I needed. I would not recommend their ties to anyone except those in extreme poverty. EDIT: I meant their low-end ($3.75) ties. I haven't tried their more expensive offerings.

New $3 ties will look like ****. You can buy used (Salvation Army, Goodwill) at that price point.

Or just consider that maybe you don't need a hundred ties to start off. Buy good ties and you'll be happier in the long run.

I agree with Harvey_moneybags, OP. Quality > Quantity

Goodwill sells ties for $3.99. I know that's 33% over budget for you, but it's worth it.
