where to buy a wishbone necklace for the girlfriend.

I'd like to get my girlfriend a silver wishbone style necklace for xmas, mainly because it's the only type of jewelery I've ever heard her suggest that she'd like to have. She has a severe stylistic aversion to bling (a reaction against her upbringing amid the heavily adorned femininity of Long Island's Turkish emigree community, in my humble diagnosis) and so it needs to be understated (no rocks, no gold). I've never bought jewelery before, so advice from the more experienced SFers would be appreciated. I'm looking to spend in the ballpark of $200.
