I'm seeing lots of US made stuff recently. I'm curious if these products are legal loopholes or has manufacturing finally returned to the states?

As far as I'm aware, Brooks Brothers has always made its ties in NY.
There are a couple of threads on SF about the factory, with links to articles on the factory. I think that there might have been an NYT article about the BB tie factory some time back, too.
