Where should one purchase a sport jacket?

Hallo. This is my first post to StyleFourm, so do forgive me if I've done something wrong here.
After several years of making do with rather dodgy sport jackets, I've decided that I'd rather opt for something of better quality. Where would you recommend that I look for sport coats. I would like something that is reasonably well tailored, however, I am on a bit of a budget, so I can't quite throw down $2000+ for a bespoke sport jacket or anything of that nature. In fact, I would rather keep it under $500 if possible. Any suggestions?

Suitsupply has sportcoats in staple colours. Also you can check out ehaberdasher; Benjamin does his own line of clothing and his sportcoats are probably the best value for dollar from what I can read.
