Where oh where does the skinny guy go (yes another one of those, but hang on there)

Good day everyone!
Now I have a tiny problem. You see I have been trying out various methods to buy clothes for skinny men, and have yet to find anything. My latest experience being importing slim fitting clothes from china and Korea. (thought I finally had the solution)

Thing is, I'm not only skinny, but I also have broad shoulders, long arms and long body (70.4 inch)

My shoulders are 18.7" wide (43" circumference)
chest 35" circumference, waist 30", hips 31.8"
Sleeve length 26", body length 31" (apple to crotch)

Could anyone point me in the direction of a place selling reasonable priced clothes for types such as me? Or do I continue buying clothes and tearing/reassembling them for all eternity?

23, coming on to 24 soon.
Till now I have always modified my own clothes, but cant really turn up in those at official business meetings (mostly anyways), plus I'm travelling alot now so not that much time for it.
