I don't know who those are by, but you can't buy any nice shoes for less than $100 retail.

What size are you? you might get lucky checking the buy and sell forum on here.

im a 9.0 in vans slipons and 9.5 in authentics (ok just as a size reference guys).
Yeah, I know i'm not going to get super nice shoes, but I shouldn't have to pay over $100 just get get a pair of plain black shoes without any ridiculous stitching everywhere.

You might find something similar at Zara, Aldo or Kenneth Cole. I am not sure of the prices for those stores but I am sure these are your best bet for your price range. I am also sure the quality will be ****.

^^Good advice CA. What's up with that pic? Do you really expect someone to be able to make out the blur of the shoes? Might as well just say you need some black dress shoes without the pic, which is useless.

That is a SF member. The picture was for the ThickasThieves thread. Might dig through the thread and find out who it was and ask them.

Sadly you probably do. Since nobody wears suits anymore, the people who do are presumed by the fashion industry to be wealthy. Therefore the affordable, decent-looking, dressy shoe without a bunch of blingy crap on it has more or less disappeared.

Cole Haan might have something sortof similar to that, for under $200. Johnston Murphy doesn't really, check zappos.com and piperlime.com, they might have something close. Plain toe bals are a little less common than bluchers or captoes.

Actually, I cant say that I have. (I am ok with that fact

) I just assume they have it. It is such a basic shoe that I see pretty much everywhere.

Yeah, emmanuel they don't really have open toe bals, like I said I visited those "standard" stores a few hours ago. Understandable, since on this forum looks like everyone buys 400 dollar shoes or something. This is the closest thing I've found http://www.aldoshoes.com/us/men/shoe...402-westbay/97 Although it still has that stitching on the back, comes in whole sizes only, and I can't try it on.
