where can this velvet blazer be found? Help!!!!

Any ideas on where to find this particular style of velvet blazer or if it's called something different because of the thing on the lapels? Thanks

Its just a velvet notch lapelled blazer with silk (or whatever, I've seen PVC) piping on the lapels.

I think Theory or Paul Smith make a similar jacket. I remember seeing something similar; I'll try to find where I saw it.
