Where can I get this shirt?

I've been looking all over for a shirt like this:

And I feel pretty dumb because I'm sure it can't be too hard to find. It looks like a thin material, kind of like the poly/cotton blend found on western shirts, except it's a solid color and just has the one front pocket. Does anyone know where I could find something like this besides a thrift store? Oh, if I could find one of these shirts I would be so happy!

Hard to tell from he picture, but it looks
like an ordinary (maybe polycotton) straight-collar dress
shirt that is one or two sizes too small
for the wearer (hence the tight fit, rolled
up sleeves and collar that couldn't possibly
be buttoned up comfortably.

I'll bet you could get the same look with
an inexpensive dress shirt from Target or Sears -
maybe even Walmart.

Oh, so polycotton dress shirts are things you can buy all over the place? I wasn't sure because I've never seen one before. Sometimes I get some deep into expensive clothes I don't really know what else is out there, even though what I want would cost me 10 bucks.
