Where can I get these glasses?

Hello,

I am looking for these specific glasses, I wish I would have more information than just pictures. Any replies would be appreciate it. It is almost as if it is a frame that is straight with rimless lenses below it.

I don't know the brand name. I wish I have known it. I cannot find anything like this design. The picture is from an Actor in a hilarious Russian TV Show. It is funny.
