These are from the Koji Suzuki link under the shoemakers meta, but if anyone knows anywhere to get button rise combination boots like these in the USA or online, please--let me know.

Wow. Theoretically I wouldn't care for such a shoe (would find it way too mannered and anachronistic), but those are just amazing. I wonder what Koji Suzuki could do with a Birkenstock-style sandal!

I would think you would have to go Bespoke.

Who would make these RTW?

I too thought these were not available RTW. But bengal-stripe recently pointed to a source in Vienna that does sell them. However, I believe the tops were cream linen canvas, not gray suede. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the shop.

Aubercy in Paris, if not in stock then made to order as a stock special.

I think Gaziano also makes up a pair like this, in ivory/black instead of gray/black.
