Where can I get a pair of brown distressed oxfords?

I have seen people wearing distressed oxfords with jeans and khakis and I think it is a great look. Do people actually make shoes like this? Or are they just worn in (be it natually or otherwise).

Thank you.

When you say distressed, do you mean patinated or with actual wear and some damage?

Varvatos makes some distressed boots and oxfords that are decent, although a bit expensive. Otherwise, buy some decent oxfords and wear them out everytime you go to a bar. They'll be distressed in no time.

I'm thinking of something that has discoloration in it that looks natural from wear, but not necessarily damage.

Paul Smith had several different distressed brown oxfords in the s/s 06 line, most of it is sold out now tho.

You could always look at the Barneys website, they sometimes do some of this.

I'll third the Varvatos suggestion, in fact I saw a pair of their distressed oxfords at NR for I believe $129 a few weeks ago. Haven't gone and dug through their stuff to see if its still there but you may want to check your local 'Rack.
