From what I have seen, Pholosophy are not yet upto standard.
But any good shirtmaker might serve you needs.

What about Cego? I'd be very, very interested in a MTM polo shirt as my workplace and life are more on the casual end. I'm also interested in a MTM sweater which I've been told is either not possible(?) or absolutely insanely expensive.

For MTM cashmere you could try listerouge in paris.

A lot of good Italian shirtmakers would charge around 200euro for a MTM piquet longsleve, 100-150 for a shortselve. Some quite a bit more.

Is it really MTM? I wouldn't trust Liste Rouge for anything, and I wouldn't trust their PR (or the disguised PR they get in Monsieur).

Cant swear buy it as I have only the ref material they sent me, since I have had some shirts from them. But It seemed to be the same process as for the shirts...

IMHO, with knits (or stretchy fabric) there is much less return for the money than non-stretchy fabric/leather in going the bespoke route.
