Where can I find a good quality belt for less than £20?

My belt from Next which I had for 2 years is officially done and I need to get a new one.

It's for school, so it needs to be black and between 2.5-3cm wide. In terms of budget, I want to spend less than £20 on it.

Hate to say it, but 20 pounds probably does not even cover the costs of materials for a high-quality belt, much less the labor.

Finding a decent leather belt from a store for £20 is gonna be very difficult. How about shelling out £10 more?
