Best "place" to get overpriced LP fabrics is to wait for one of their sample sales at Soiffer Haskin on 33rd St. Usually occur 2-3x per year. Fabric bolts are not comprehensive, but there's usually more than a couple which are interesting. By the last couple of days of the sale, bolts are often 90% off, so will be pretty inexpensive. Otherwise, pass and get something else...
