    Skinny gave bow ties Buzz status last June. I think we're just touching Saturation, with many to be seen over summer.

    Seeing more in WAYWRN and I wore a couple this week.

    Seeing more in WAYWRN and I wore a couple this week.


    Bow ties? Sorry guys ,can't see that look being ever fashionable outside university's professors and Baptist church's reunion.

    Yep, bow ties will hit the saturation point this summer and then us university professors and church reunion attendees can be left to enjoy them.

    I saw it once in the US. It was in the security line at Newark - thought the guy had started to take his shoes off... Then I looked up (not too ar up) at the face of the guy.... Scott Schuman [​IMG]

    I find my feet almost slipping out if double monks are worn without the upper buckle being done

    Also the deliberate sprezz is very fake ( dont know of a better word to describe it )

    +1.

    Once a quirk becomes obviously contrived, it ceases to actually be sprezzatura. For real sprezz, you should barely notice (unless you are a SFer!).
