Where and when can you find a solid navy RLBL suit on sale in the 500-600$ region?

It seems like everytime there's a semi-long thread around here on slim fitting suits, RLBL suits are getting a lot of praise. At the same time, there's also always a handfull of posters saying "Don't buy XXX, you can find RLBL on sales for 500 bucks"

Can anyone aware me on where to find a "staple" solid navy RLBL suit at that price?
I've seen two RLBL and RLPL suits on B&S over here the last month...and they were gone within minutes, in the 500-600$ range too. Hell, even the navy Polo suits are gone within the hour for 200 bucks less.

I guess this goes for other brands too...it seems to be a running theme over here to recommend 2000-3000$ suits that "always" appear on sales, at ultra-low rates.

The other answer is that these bargains are almost never a solid navy or charcoal suit.

I went to a sample sale in Manhattan recently where they had some RLBL. The first day was only like %25 off. By the time I showed up, they were doing %75 off, but all that was left was a bunch of brown suits and a peak-lapel double breasted gray suit. The DB was actually quite nice, but I was looking for something more basic. You are unlikely to find solid navy or charcoal at very reduced prices.
