When taking measurements for MTM shirts..... shirt or no shirt?

I usually wear an undershirt below my dress shirt.

When taking measurements for a MTM shirt, should I wear both the undershirt and dress shirt, or no shirt at all?

I'm thinking a shirt or any fabric may skew the length of the yoke or armhole... or some other measurement.

you're measuring your body, not the clothing you happen to be wearing at the time.

I would think wear an undershirt to take measurements since you'll want to incorporate that slight adjustment. Otherwise you could end up getting shirts that are a little too snug.

If OP is measuring himself, the margin of error is far greater than the thickness of an undershirt.
