I dont know that anyone who wears them is captured by Ralph Lauren syndrome but it seems that way to me. It's not a big deal either way.

He probably doesn't know himself but figured if it isnt a geometric shape, he might get a reaction. In America, cufflink culture is just taking off. There are a lot of books written by "experts" in the 70s and 80s here that suggest you avoid any but the simplest cufflinks and the secret society of "To the Manor Born" takes this outdated, simplified approach as a concrete rule.

I am big fan of the ticket pocket, but only on suits. Just my opinion but I feel like it's a little too much when used on a blazer. However, I actually own one MTM suit that has a ticket pocket and it also has peak lapels, but I do love that suit.

Are you guys talking about ticket pockets or smart phone pockets? Because they were invented by Steve Jobs for smart phone use. This way you can obsessively check your email and not crush those chocolate chip cookies in the regular pockets.

Please get with the times and get yourselves microchipped so you don't have to carry those heavy and burdensome tickets.

That is stunning.

I'm looking for a pair of silver Fleur de Lys cufflinks and I can't get any decent ones.

Why do you care? Don't buy one if you don't like it.
