TheWGP, i really dont see why BB can't take care of this mistake (cash return or CC credit). I would explain to them (in a gentlemanly manner of course :) ) and show the discrepancy. I had an experienced with them (shirts/trousers) in the past and they took care of it pronto.. Good Luck

I should have been more clear... they were purchased in part with a gift card. I'm mostly wondering if there's any chance they might offer me anything other than the gift card and the portion paid from my debit card back on the card. (note also that the shoe that I actually ordered is no longer in stock.)

I'll certainly take that if that's all I can get, but that means I won't be able to spend it till the day after Father's Day, which wouldn't be fun, though I can do it!

Why don't you ask them to send you the right shoe, in the right size, when it comes back in stock. All the while honoring the price when you first ordered them. That does not seem unreasonable, good luck.

I think you're asking whether BB will get you the right shoe in the correct size, since it was such a great price. I would absolutely go in and try this route, but remember it may be a few months before they get it back in stock. Since it's BB's screw-up that they did not get you the right shoe (and your size is now sold out), I'd bet money they will make it right and call inventory to find out when your size will be back in stock.

Agreed, but the Black Fleece has some really nice fabrics, they just need to make the suits for practical.

I don't see anything wrong with BBBF if you like Thom Browne. Also I'm not sure what in the collection is impractical? Although I will say the photos are shit.

    Edit: forgot this was mc

the younger folk tend to appreciate the TB, BBBF aesthetic. Younger folk also tend to be slimmer and fitter. Thus they look better in TB and TB looks good on them.

Also shorter people. someone whose like 5'5" or 5'6" the length is perfect, the lapels suit them as well

well i'm 6ft and i think it works fine for me, apart from that I do also wear suits that are a much more conventional length. The reason why i like the TB/BBBF cut is because i like, and only wear tailoring outside of any business/conservative situations so i don't find it inappropriate. I also find it suitable for my age (20), I don't want to look like I'm trying to be much older than i actually am when i wear a suit.

can someone give me the lead on the next relatively big "SALE"?

I'm looking to buy a fair amount of their extra slim dress shirts, belts, and maybe Milano (slim) line of suits.
