Around $50 Canadian. They are wonderful , picked up the navy and stone colours.
are the milanos the slimmest fit? what is the rise like for those?
So I checked out an outlet near me for the first time in a long time... horrible horrible at the BB store, all "346" stuff and priced higher than their regular stuff during their sales. Very disappointed, actually left the outlet with 0 purchases in total. Why do people buy stuff from the outlet stores when it isn't the same line?
Yes, Milanos are the slimmest fit but I wouldn't call them a true slim fit. They are nicely contoured. On my waist 30's, the front rise is 10.5 so low rise but not too low, and the sizing is vanity sized (the 30's measure closer to 31.5 waist).
Agree...346 is horrible!!
Took me about 5 minutes just now to speak to someone.
I was able to place an order with the 20% discount .
Picked up a Regent and a Milano (Saxxon wool) suit last night. Could keep one or both or possibly try to exchange one... May need SF assistance to determine fit. I got this response from BB customer service (below) about Regent vs. Fitzgerald, but I found that the Regent was slimmer than the Fitzgerald (IMO).
No US-made sports coats at the store last night. Only found Traditional Fit OCBDs (made in USA). Overcoats were a steal. I think that I'm starting to save for the summer sale today...
Anyone have the the Fitzgerald Bedford cord suit? Any pics in real life?
Some people just do it for the BB name on the tag. I go to the outlets to find the "retail" 1818 stuff. You can usually find ties and stuff on the clearance racks. The ties are easy to find you can just run your hand down the line and feel for the better ones.
About half my order has shipped.
Milanos are the slimmest cut pants BB offers. Comparatively to J Crews Urban Slim they are about the same just more contour/shape.
This...I always tell the sales associate that I'm looking for the "normal" BB merchandise.
This past summer they offered "slim fit" casual pants. I know because I bought a pair in red and they are slimmer than the Milanos.
From the Q&A section on the 1818 charcoal tic suit:
My order of 4 ESF dress shirts has been shipped...Well done BB....
