Re: your first paragraph, I placed an identical order and had the same issue. I called the customer service number, and, after a long hold, they told me the error was on their end. Somehow the ordering system is adding some shirts at the discount price and others at the full price. The agent said she would adjust the price on my order but needed to wait until Monday (today) to do so because that is when the order ships.
I just wanted to share an update. My purchase shipped and I separately got a credit via email. So to recap, I placed an order online at the incorrect amount and then called them up to get the amount adjusted. They processed the adjustment when the item shipped. A bit of a silly exercise for sure, but it did work. Good luck all!
