When is the Next Brooks Brothers Sale?

Anyone know when the next 25% off sale items sale will be?

An SA mentioned to me that they’ll be sending $100/200 coupons soon. I believe he said $100 off a $300 purchase or $200 off 500 (normally it’s $200 off 600). I don’t know about a clearance event though.

Call them on the phone. The email response time is very slow, and they frequently don't actually address the question you ask.

I wanted to comment on this. Can't believe how bad/ slow BB's customer service is these days. I have sent three emails in the past month and they only replied to 1....took over a week to hear back from them. Even the phone support has been pretty bad but that just might be my bad luck.

I wanted to comment on this. Can't believe how bad/ slow BB's customer service is these days. I have sent three emails in the past month and they only replied to 1....took over a week to hear back from them. Even the phone support has been pretty bad but that just might be my bad luck.

Yeah. Something seems to be going on with them. I've had orders that were only partially fulfilled, & that remained that way for over a month, despite the item being in stock. Emailing does not seem to help--you often get no response. I've had good luck with the phone people, who are generally quite pleasant and responsive (in my experience).

Also not sure if it is specifically shoes, but the email calls out Featuriing such footwear brands as Brooks Brothers, Red Wing, Edward Green, and Allen Edmonds.

I stopped by earlier. They seem to be trying to clear out shoe inventory. Most shoes are 50% with select 80% (loafers Harry's); EG, Peal, AE, Red Wing are 50%. EG was like around $700 plus tax so not bad.

They also had accessories like bags, luggage, belts, phone cases, etc. Some leather/suede jackets at 70%.

I'm a US 7 so not much were in my size except a couple of Peal shoes that at $300+tax weren't a must buy, at least for me (or I already have such pairs of shoes).
