As an alternative to the BB luxury shirt, might I recommend Canali and Paul Smith shirts for under $90 each? All made in Italy of course.

Canalis are not slim. PS will be slimmer, but BB ESF are probably the slimmest off the rack of all three.

    Hi Guys,
    http://i.imgur.com/0NRMzfa.jpg
I just picked up my first two shirts in the Extra Slim Fit cut in 15/34 during the Brooks Brothers sale. The sleeves are an 1 1/2inch longer than I'd like but that can be easily fixed. On the other hand, the shoulders are about a 1/2 inch shorter than the usual slim-fit T.M. Lewins I wear and I feel that they might be too small.
I could possibly size up to a 15.5, then the collar would be too large, I can already fit two fingers into a size 15 collar comfortably. What do you think? Are they still acceptable from a sartorial perspective? Or is the BB ESF cut simply not suited for me?
Thank you for your advice in advance.

i know you weren't talking about me or to me
but that's quite a reaction ... to call someone a cunt for giving you a suggestion on a shirt
    you have issues

I guess I'm the gentleman he was referring to.

True, Canali shirts aren't slim, but at less than $90 they're a better value than BB shirts.

I'd recommend Paul Smith. Very slim fitting and made in Italy with conservative and modern styles available.

    As for his reaction: meh.

Wanted to announce that I'm no longer a SA at Brooks Brothers and that I've pursued a career at Omega. I will definitely answer any questions you all might have but I will no longer have the inside voice.

Thank you to all who gave me their time and business:)

Good luck with Omega Sleven. The Swatch Group is a huge conglomerate with many brands and looks like you're at a good starting point in their brand portfolio.
