But once that happens, can they even track it? I suspect it just becomes like any $100 gift card, so you can go back and purchase something and use the corporate discount again.

Right, if I was Brooks Brothers that would be my concern. Essentially you'd be getting a 27.75% discount if you were able to do that, which is why I don't think you can.

That doesn't mean you can't though, I guess you would have to ask Brooks Brothers.

The 13th of this month? Seriously? Two BF sales in the same month. Is there going to be "up to 75%" off as well.

No, gift cards have never been subject to a discount from BB. When you read about people using discounted gift cards on top of the BB discount, they are talking about gift cards they bought from a discounted gift card website.

I got my BBBF wool navy flannel chalk stripe trousers in today. They came w/o belt loops or side tabs to cinch at the waist, and do not appear to be cut for suspenders (no buttons for them). So what gives?

Got my black fleece suit today. The tags all say Black Fleece, but the inner logo says "1818". I thought BF and 1818 were
two separate lines. What's the deal with the 1818 tag?

Still needs to be tailored, but it fits great. The only thing I don't like is that it's double vented, will see if a tailor can get rid of that.

^^^double vented is Ze way to go. Also thanks to BB amazing inventory system my card was charged 866 for my suit vs 433 my order confirmation says. Plus they still haven't shipped. What a joke

Doubtful a tailor could do anything about it.

I bought a pair of khakis without belt loops a while ago. My wife offerred to put belt loops on them using the fabric left over after hemming.
It turned out well but she said it was a PITA and to take them to the tailor next time.

1818 is the year BB started, so BF will still has the 1818 under the black fleece.

1818 and bf are 2 separate lines, the 1818 line of suits have a different tag and are half canvas

I would imagine this would be painful. My tailor charged me ~ $50 for moving loops on sleeves, so I would also guess it would be a lot at the tailor!

Believe they are displayed that way online; as style goes, I have personally seen this style on celebrities as of lately. Black Fleece definitely represents that fashion forward market and believe if you are buying chalk stripe Black Fleece you could pull it off :)
