When do CES products get released?

Completely varies. You're better off targeting one single product rather than trying to gauge an entire company's release schedule. Plus, many of the CES products never even get released. Its a total crapshoot.

Yep. Its completely random. You just have to keep an eye on the press releases and subscribe to some sort of electronics blog. One might come out next week and the other might not come out until 6 months from now.
