When did Emperio Armani make the change from long & baggy DB suits to short & slim?

I've noticed that older Emperio Armani double breasted suits had long jackets with four buttons, with the lower right being the only one buttoned. The pants were very baggy.

The Emperio Armani double breasted suits I've seen the last few years have had shorter than traditional length jackets (above crotch level) with six buttons, and slimmer pants.

Does anyone know when this change happened?

Thanks for any replies.
