*I run and do triathlon competitively, but I was out from July last year to this April through injury, and then laziness. I'm back in serious training now and aiming to be much nearer my prefered racing weight of 132 / 60 by the autumn, and my waist size will have seriously reduced too, but you get injured more often and it gets harder to get back into condition the older you get (I'm 41 now). Anyway, this all means I have to have clothes as adjustable as they can be when I get things made.

Similiar measurements as me, as I'm also trying to get back to a 32 and drop a few pounds.

I wear a 15.5 neck which is snug but the overall shirts fit my body better. I could go up to a 16 but with most the shirts I buy the overall shirt seems to be a larger fit in 16 neck.
