Mostly punk. Ramones and Misfits for example.

Sometimes I don't have any music on. I just talk to myself and lift weights.

You ever hear of people in the jungle that eat fermented fish and maggots all the time?

In all seriousness though, I think right now Rise Against's "Re-education (Through Labor)" is now my #1 workout song. I'm more than slightly embarassed by this. Other notable "Get Pumped and Lift" #1 hits have included:

White Zombie -"More Human Than Human"
Marilyn Manson - "Rock is Dead"
Godsmack - "Whatever"
Rage Against The Machine - "Sleep Now In The Fire" and "Bulls on Parade" and "People of the Sun"
Linkin Park/Jay-Z -"Numb/Encore"
Guns n' Roses - the whole of "Appetite for Distruction" (Oh high school lacrosse, how I miss thee).

I think of Daft Punk's "One More Time" when I watch you work out.
